Very disappointing experience – I would not suggest staying here. Negatives: Check-in was frustrating: Even though I arrived late at night and was ready to pay right away, I had to wait almost 30 minutes while staff checked if my room was actually available. After a long drive, this was very tiring. Staff behavior was unprofessional: A senior staff member told me, "You pay. If it doesn't happen, you lose money." Hearing this before check-in was shocking and unacceptable. The property feels improvised: It seems like a converted house turned into a homestay and then a hotel, lacking the proper layout, upkeep, and professionalism expected. Cleanliness and hygiene were poor: The place did not feel clean or well cared for, with hygiene standards below what I expected. Food was overpriced: Dinner was just one chicken dish with rice, but the bill was about ₹900, which is way too high for the quality and portion. Food quality was lacking: The chicken seemed to be cooked in a generic pre-made gravy with little effort or flavor. Special requests were ignored: I asked for less spicy food, but it was served as spicy as usual, showing no attention to my preference. Poor value overall: Considering the check-in issues, hygiene problems, and expensive food, the stay was not worth it. In summary, I only stayed because I arrived late and was too tired to look for another hotel. If I had come earlier, I would have left and found a different place. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this hotel.

The ambiance, property, room size, and breakfast were very nice.

The place has a very spacious compound and room space is equally big. The ambience and staff hospitality is 10 out of 10. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and heavy. Food price is bit on the higher side. The stay is perfect for family as well as business. You find home away from home. Conveniently located at an affordable price.

The staff is very helpful. The service is good, and the food tastes great.

The stay was fairly good with helpful staff service. Although the food choices were limited, what was offered was satisfactory. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
