Treebo Chalets, Nagpur Airport

I had a very disappointing stay at Treebo Nagpur, booked through Agoda on 22 July 2026. The room was generally dirty, with curtains that seemed unwashed for a long time. The toilet seat was damaged and unusable, and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The entire hotel felt neglected and untidy. I reserved a Deluxe room with breakfast based on positive reviews, but it was a poor decision. I couldn’t even have breakfast because it only started after 8 AM, and I had to check out at 7:30 AM. Overall, my experience was quite bad. The hotel really needs proper maintenance and improved housekeeping.

Thank you for providing a comfortable stay with good food.Highly recommended

Extremely Disappointing Stay ’ Would Not RecommendCons:Poor check-in experience: Despite arriving late at night and being ready to pay immediately, I was made to wait nearly 30 minutes while the staff confirmed whether my room was actually available. After a long drive, this was exhausting.Unprofessional staff conduct: One of the senior staff members actually told me, "You pay. If it does not materialize, then you will lose money." Hearing something like this from hotel staff before check-in was shocking and completely unacceptable.Property feels makeshift: The place appears to be a converted residential house turned into a homestay and then into a hotel. It lacks the layout, maintenance, and professionalism one expects from a hotel.Poor cleanliness and hygiene: The property did not feel clean or well-maintained. Overall hygiene standards were below expectations.Overpriced food: Dinner consisted of a single chicken dish and rice, yet the bill was around ’900. The pricing was completely disproportionate to the quality and quantity served.Food quality was disappointing: The chicken appeared to be cooked in a generic pre-made gravy with very little effort put into preparation or taste.Special requests ignored: I specifically requested less spicy food, but the dish was served just as spicy as a regular preparation, showing little attention to customer preferences.Poor value for money: Between the check-in ordeal, hygiene concerns, and overpriced food, the stay offered very poor value.Overall: I only stayed because I had reached Nagpur late at night after a long drive and was too exhausted to search for another hotel. Had I arrived earlier, I would have left and chosen a different property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing experience – I would not suggest staying here. Negatives: Check-in was frustrating: Even though I arrived late at night and was ready to pay right away, I had to wait almost 30 minutes while staff checked if my room was actually available. After a long drive, this was very tiring. Staff behavior was unprofessional: A senior staff member told me, "You pay. If it doesn't happen, you lose money." Hearing this before check-in was shocking and unacceptable. The property feels improvised: It seems like a converted house turned into a homestay and then a hotel, lacking the proper layout, upkeep, and professionalism expected. Cleanliness and hygiene were poor: The place did not feel clean or well cared for, with hygiene standards below what I expected. Food was overpriced: Dinner was just one chicken dish with rice, but the bill was about ₹900, which is way too high for the quality and portion. Food quality was lacking: The chicken seemed to be cooked in a generic pre-made gravy with little effort or flavor. Special requests were ignored: I asked for less spicy food, but it was served as spicy as usual, showing no attention to my preference. Poor value overall: Considering the check-in issues, hygiene problems, and expensive food, the stay was not worth it. In summary, I only stayed because I arrived late and was too tired to look for another hotel. If I had come earlier, I would have left and found a different place. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this hotel.

The ambiance, property, room size, and breakfast were very nice.
