A very letdown stay. The employees were highly unhelpful and behaved unprofessionally. They asked for more money than the price displayed at booking, which seemed deceptive and unjust. Additionally, the staff was rude and did not show fundamental customer service abilities. Rather than assisting in fixing the problem, they acted disrespectfully and refused to cooperate. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone seeking fair prices and polite service.
