No parking available. No senior or responsible person to speak to except the receptionist. Entrance was shabby and undulated therefore risky for senior citizens. Lift was too slow and was itself at a high elevation. One has to climb stairs to take the lift. Rooms were just ok. Linen was not changed for the new occupants. Or, if it was, it was dirty. They charge for two occupants but provisions were made only for a single. No towel. Only one cup for tea or coffee.

some parking place would be very welcome. also hot water for baths in the evening

’DO NOT BOOK’On the first day of arrival,too many bed bugs bite. Though informing the reception they denied to clean the room or change the room.No room service was provided for 3 days of haltNo hot water was available for a bath as there was a severe cold outside, after informing reception no action taken, were receptionist was also so rude, no manners to talk with the old age guest’sSingle blanket provided for a family of 3Cost is too high for per day.

Extremely polite, cooperative and professional receptionists (Payal and Pooja).Prompt service. Locations is central and very convenient.Breakfast needs to have bit more options.However, overall it's a decent and budget friendly place to stay for business travellers.
