’The service here is terrible.There are no waiters or helpers around and breakfast system is the worst’ the room is too small and not comfortablat all. Very bad hotel our money was wasted

Price is high compared to the facility.Decent small room for 2 people but need maintenance.Food is reasonable but on spicy side.

The food was toothsome. Staff was very polite and cooperative.Place is peaceful and ambient. Highly recommended

All in one kind of please, good food, room was good clean and last just missing the toothbrush... Overall good you can go with this hotel

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. I would never be staying in this property again.1. Due to our train timings, we were supposed to check in at the hotel at 6 am in the morning for which I have not only book the hotel from 1 day prior 1pm literally paid 1 full day price extra and informed the Treebo Customer Care and hotel at least 3 times before. More than that all I requested was to extend my check out time to 1-1:30pm instead of 12:00pm. The hotel and the team said Yes to the same. Now at the day of arrival when I was in train at midnight the guy from hotel called me and told me that no one told him about my timing of check in and was about to cancel the booking. I have to update him once more that I will be reaching in 5 hrs since i am in train.When I reached hotel, I realised someone else was sleeping in my allotted room and it was lock from inside. the reception guy literally pushed and tried to smash the door. Later he realised he allotted a wrong to that client when he came out from mid sleep. So unprofessional.Hotel has no bell boys to help you with your luggage so do everything by yourself.Next day he refuses to extend my check out time to 1:30pm and rudely asking me that "aap customer care se meri baat karwao jisne booking diya" . I wasn't their to fight with that cheap fellow on pity things therefore thought to put a complain on support.2. The breakfast they provide was nothing just a parantha, vermicili, sugar in the bowl was wet and stale. their resturant was leaking water on the roof top. Cutlery and tables were dirty.3. Location is horrible, the entire road was flooded with at least 1.5 feet height. We were stucked in hotel and couldn't even cross the property4. Rooms were not cleaned well. Bathroom toilet had poop stains. Disgusting.I couldn't rate 0 but it's not a hotel. It's worst than an old lodge with zero service and hospitality.
