Honestly the staff was very polite and professional. The room was good but something’s like the flush buttons need replacing or repair as they are v hard to push by kids. Breakfast was excellent. Felt a little over priced for 14K range

Although it was one night transit, I chose le meridian Nagpur over other hotels and my usual preference which either Raddison or Pride Hotel. Overall cleanliness is an issue at Le Meridian Nagpur hotel:1. Dust sits on Lamp shades and other surfaces in room 2. Bathroom sink is clogged and water doesn’t flow as you use it. Plus there are deposits around tap and near sink. Some kind of smell can also be felt in the bathroom3. Bed sheets do not feel fresh 4. Sofa in the room is dirty and withered 5. Breakfast area chairs are so stained that you won’t feel like pulling them with hand6. I asked staff for some nuts to be added to the cereal which never arrived 7. At the main entrance at night there was no one to pick up luggage or welcome you to the hotel. Faced same issue in morning while leaving Management should consider complete transformation of this property or just close this. But do not cheat the guests.

I am writing to formally share my disappointment with our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, our overall experience was far below expectations, and I feel compelled to highlight the issues we faced:1. Arrival Assistance: Upon arrival, no staff came forward to help with our luggage. When I requested assistance, the valet rudely declined and directed us to reception.2. Breakfast Service: Requests for items such as dosa or tea were repeatedly acknowledged but never fulfilled.3. Housekeeping: On the second day, we returned at midnight to find the room poorly serviced — only the bed was made, with no bathroom cleaning, replenishments, no room cleaning or upkeep. Despite multiple calls to reception, our requests were ignored until we insisted on managerial intervention. Even then, the manager was reluctant to respond, causing further delay and distress at a late hour.The conclusion is clear: hospitality was missing throughout our stay. Crediting 5,000 points to our account does not meaningfully address the inconvenience, fatigue, and dissatisfaction we experienced.I request a more appropriate resolution that reflects accountability and genuine concern for guest satisfaction. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and take corrective measures to ensure no guest faces such neglect in the future.

Extremely disappointing experience at Le M??ridien Nagpur.We checked in as three adults, with the booking clearly reflecting triple occupancy. When it was time to sleep, we discovered that the room had only the standard bed arrangement and no extra cot or proper bed had been provided for the third guest.After contacting the staff, we were told that the third person would have to sleep on a mattress placed on the floor. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium property, this is completely unacceptable. Sleeping on a floor mattress is not what guests expect when paying for accommodation that is supposed to comfortably accommodate three adults.What made the situation worse was the lack of willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of providing a proper extra bed or offering a satisfactory solution, the staff simply insisted that the floor mattress was the arrangement available.The room, facilities, and branding may look premium, but hospitality is measured by how guests are treated when there is a problem. Being asked to sleep on a mattress on the floor at a luxury hotel is embarrassing, inconvenient, and far below the standards one would expect.I would strongly advise future guests booking for three adults to confirm in writing exactly what sleeping arrangements will be provided, because the reality may be very different from what you expect from a five-star hotel.
