Le Méridien Nagpur

There was nothing special about the hotel. The only factor was that it is a brand name Le meridian. Nothing else. It is very far from the main city centre. I booked this hotel because Radisson Blu was selling on my travel dates on very high tariff.

We visited this place to enjoy dining on the occasion of Women's day. Overall we had a great experience. The ambience was good with live music performance. The staff was courteous especially Manpreet and Durga were ever smilingly serving on this hectic day..

Staying here after 4 years now. Location is on the opposite side of the city.Colleague and I both had recurrent problems with room key. We had to go back down ourselves. Even after informing they didn’t send anyone.Room service food was below average. Had ordered steam rice and kung Pao chicken. Was served Kolam instead of sticky rice.On breakfast, had to wait for fruits and when they arrived, the watermelon was white and pineapple green.Ordered masala dosa, was served cold and no sambar. When I asked for Sambhar, the server disappeared without a trace. Had to ask again

The staff was courteous and helpful, especially during check-in and at breakfast.The food experience was managed so well restaurant manager, Devesh who truly touched hearts with their warmth and genuine care. From the moment walking in I felt welcomed’not just as guest, but as people who mattered. Their kindness, attention to every small detail, and sincere concern for our comfort made this experience unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone who leads with such humility and heart. The atmosphere he created goes beyond good service’it feels like home.
