The rooms are quite outdated and the woman managing the property is rude and unhelpful. The place lacks basic amenities, with broken sinks and no hand wash available. The rooms smell bad, there's no drinking water access, and no staff to assist you. The beds and blankets are dirty, and the entire room has an unpleasant odor. I recommend avoiding this place if you can find a better option.

I recently stayed at Paradise Homestay in Nagpur with my friend (we were two girls), and honestly, it was the worst homestay experience I have ever had. The main problem was the caretaker's attitude. She was very rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was badly maintained. The shower also did not work properly. There were no basic guest amenities like packaged drinking water or proper glasses. We were given regular tap water in old, rusty steel glasses, which was very disappointing given the price we paid. The worst incident happened at night when the AC started leaking. My luggage was placed right under it, and all my clothes got wet. The next morning, I asked for some extra time before checkout because I had no dry clothes to wear for the journey home. Instead of assisting, the caretaker coldly said, "That’s not our problem. You should have checked it at night." That reply was very insensitive and unprofessional. Another unpleasant experience was with the building's security guard. He kept asking us where we were going, when we would return, and made intrusive remarks. He also seemed to judge guests based on their clothing, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, the room was unclean, the facilities were poor, the staff behavior was unacceptable, and the environment was uncomfortable for female guests. I would not suggest this place to anyone, especially women traveling alone or with friends.

I booked dis property for someone else. But they told me theh had the worst experience. As they denied check in and also did not return money (cancellation money). Plzzz don't go here. I'll never suggest dis place to anyone. Worst , truly worst. Plzz take a note Owner is too rude
