This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was extremely unclean and, worst of all, there were bed bugs. The cleanliness and hygiene were completely unacceptable.What made the experience even worse was the breakfast issue. Agoda showed that breakfast was included in my booking, but after arriving at the hotel, the hotel staff told me that they do not have a kitchen and cannot provide breakfast at all. How can a hotel accept a booking with breakfast included when they cannot provide it?The room, hygiene, and overall service were extremely disappointing. The bed bug issue alone is completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay.I strongly recommend that travelers think twice before booking this property. Agoda should also investigate why this hotel is being listed with breakfast included when the hotel itself says it cannot provide breakfast.Terrible cleanliness, bed bugs, misleading breakfast information, and an overall horrible experience. Definitely NOT recommended.
I really liked your hotel but we were not provided with that 2 hours extra late check in and check out facility. All good exlent
