This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The service overall was very poor, especially regarding the food. The staff were unresponsive, and the arrangements and service did not meet our expectations. If you're thinking of hosting an event here, be sure to confirm every detail and commitment beforehand. From my experience, I wouldn't suggest this hotel for events. The food service was particularly unsatisfactory, with quality and handling below standard. We paid expecting basic professionalism, but the reality was quite different. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing stay, and I feel the cost did not match the service provided. I strongly recommend thorough checks before booking this hotel for any function.

Group • Sep 2026We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean, neat, modern which is not the same with other hotels which I went to check on to compare. When we arrived they helped with our luggage. Receptionist made things easy and very helpful. Ms.Nisha, Ms.Malathi and Mr.Shiva of front office were courteous and friendly. Food at ANS Pride is good as they don’t use msg, colouring etc. Room service was good too. The room is spacious with a clean neat ambience. Note that there’s no mini fridge and gym here. Location was strategic. Could get autos easily. My future trips to Pudukottai will surely include ANS Pride for stays.
