The room was overrun with cockroaches! It was very dirty and unpleasant. Both the bed and the floor had many cockroaches, and the room smelled musty. I strongly advise against staying here.

1.Agoda offered Big size cot but Provide small cot and worst bed, 2. TV not working i informed to receptionist but not attending the complaint still to vacate.3. No bottled water, gave the water in jug.4.worst room service.Totally waste of money

I'm being honest: avoid this hotel at all costs—you'll have a really bad experience. I stayed here for five days and have never seen a worse hotel anywhere else. Their focus is only on money—nothing else matters to them. There are no real amenities; if you ask for water, they give it in a jug instead of a bottle. They even charge 500 rupees extra if friends come to visit. I had to leave after five days due to an emergency, planning to depart in eight hours, but they forced me to pay the full amount upfront before leaving. I've never experienced anything like this before. If friends visit, the staff demand a 500 rupee fee for entry, even though paying 1,400 rupees online covers entry for two people. I don't understand why they do this. There are many hotels in town, but I stayed here five days because of the nice atmosphere; otherwise, the place lacks proper facilities. I warn anyone thinking of booking based on online info that you'll probably have a bad time. Keep this in mind before you book. The rooms offer plenty of space, are tidy, and kept in good condition. The room service and front desk teams are outstanding, delivering courteous, professional, and quick assistance during our entire visit.
