We had booked an AC room for 1,481 but when we reached there we were given a non AC room and had to pay extra for AC room almost 2,200. Owner had a lot of attitude and was not helpful at all. Drinking water was promised in the room however we were given tap water to drink. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Broken beds washroom was not clean and was stinking. When we asked for a room freshner we were denied. While booking it was listed that we can order food at the place but the owner denied stating we offer food only on weekends.

I had a really good stay at Ballaleshwar Cottage near Nagoan Beach. The location is very convenient—just close enough to the beach while still being peaceful and quiet.The environment around the cottage is really nice, calm, and relaxing, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a short getaway.The staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Nagoan Beach. Would definitely visit again!
