I had a terrible stay at Fabhotel Airport palace. I had reached the place at 5 am and they told me to come back at 9.30 for check in. When I came back at 10, the room still wasn't cleaned and the guy at the reception (Saif) was quite rude. Then, another person who came was allowed to check in as i was still waiting there, and when I asked why that happened, he said they came early and that my check in was at 12. The tone and demeanor of the staff was borderline threatening, which made you feel quite unsafe (not to mention that the area and location itself was shady). I immediately left and booked a hotel near the airport (there are quite a few which offers value for money unlike this place).More importantly, even the fabhotel team was unhelpful when I called them about the incident and the fact that I felt unsafe. It seems fabhotel team (Kshitij and Lokesh in particular) does not care about customer safety and only is concerned with taking money from these places.Overall, I would recommend never staying at this hotel (especially when there are many other airport hotels which are great and not that expensive). I would also suggest avoiding fabhotel as a whole given their lack of willingness to help a customer who faced a serious issue in one of their hotels.
