Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my visit. A special mention to Pawandeep for assisting me with a fantastic room during check-in and ensuring the arrival experience was smooth and comfortable. Kriti was equally wonderful during the dinner buffet service and took great care of us with her attentive and courteous hospitality.The overall ambience of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, and the spa experience was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff across departments were polite, professional, and always eager to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.One area where I feel the management could improve is the dinner buffet pricing and overall spread. Having dined at several other 5-star properties across Mumbai, I felt that the current pricing does not completely justify the variety being offered. Expanding the buffet selection with more dishes and wider variety would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium pricing being charged.Overall, it was still a pleasant experience and I look forward to visiting again.
