Breakfast was really bad, poor room maintanience, not recommended
I have booked 5 rooms, 4 twin and 1 king. I was given 3 twin and 2 king of which 2 was interconnected. On the day when i checked in the male staff was gd and friendly and was very helpful. On the day 2 i came know tht 1 of the room were having some water leakage issue and the room was flooded along the toilet passage way. And when was reported to the reception they did not take any action and instead a towel was placed anc told the guest to stay there as was no rooms. How do they expect the guest to stay in the room with that condition and was not even safe. Upon complaining again than they change the room on the 3rd day. The toiletries was not replenished everyday and we hv to call at night to ask. A very bad experience in this hotel. Hope the management will look into the issue.
Staff is too arrogant, and unbothered. Service is the worst of all 5stars (150+) I have ever been to. Staff doesn’t come timely to pick order, wants to charge for everything. Dont believe in generating invoices.And consistently almost all staff is bad. Shows that this is a management issue. Wouldn’t recommend this property. I’ve honestly never in my life given a bad review, but this is the first and fully deserved.
