We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel from 5th to 7th September, and overall, everything was very good. I just have two suggestions: TV Remote: When everything else is fine, it’s better not to take a chance on small things like the TV remote, as they can affect the overall experience. The remote was not working and was wrapped with black tape. We struggled with it at night, and it was only replaced the next morning. DND Switch: We were not informed about the DND switch, which was accidentally turned on, and we faced some inconvenience because of it. The switch is also quite difficult to identify, so it would be helpful if it were clearly highlighted or labelled. A brief explanation during check-in would also help guests avoid this issue. Apart from these minor points, everything was absolutely fine, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

Exceptional hotel! Courteous, accommodating and friendly staff. They’re always ready to help. Room was spectacular. Lovely ambience. Breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
