The Hotel is very Good location near Station. Staff is very helpful. Improve cleaning. All over is good best rooms in affordable price. Thank you😊
The train tracks are right behind the hotel, causing a lot of noise, and being very close to the airport adds to the disturbance. Also, the washrooms are not cleaned well, so I did not like it.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026During my stay, I faced several issues:1. The hotel accessories in my room, including the fridge and TV, were not working properly.2. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful.3. I raised a complaint regarding these issues at the reception, but no effective solution was provided. Instead, I was told that "all the fridges are switched off."As a paying guest, I expected basic amenities to be functional and to receive proper assistance from your staff when an issue is reported. The lack of response and the casual attitude shown has caused me great inconvenience and has spoiled my overall experience. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to improve your services. I also expect a proper explanation and appropriate compensation / refund for the inconvenience caused.I hope you will treat this complaint as a priority and ensure that future guests do not face similar problems.Thank you.
