At night, drunk individuals even knocked on my door, which felt unsafe and unacceptable.The staff use cheap and deceptive tactics. At check‑in, they “upgrade” your room free of charge, only to later demand an additional INR 500 per night. This practice is highly unprofessional.The neighborhood around the property is filthy and unpleasant, adding to the overall misery. The only positive is that the location is convenient for reaching other parts of Mumbai — but that alone cannot justify the terrible experience.Overall: This place is a nightmare. Quite unhygienic, staff is not good. Very rough and no sense of hospitality. Lot's of disturbance. Also my food delivery went missing when it was left with the reception.
