Booked via Agoda, arrived with my family and 3 kids on a paid, confirmed booking — hotel refused check-in, saying their tie-up with Agoda was broken. Left stranded, had to book another hotel last-minute. Agoda and this hotel are both now refusing to refund my money. Pathetic experience — avoid booking here through Agoda.
Nice clean and economically okay, staff also cooperative
Bathrooms are not good, even blanket size are very small. Better to book with other website as it is much cheaper than Agoda. So it is better to have good hotel and facilities for the same price as it is marketed highly cheaper on other portals
