I booked an AC room through Agoda, but when I arrived and checked in, they refused to give me an AC room and instead gave me a non-AC room. They took the AC controller from the room. I had to accept the room because I had an important meeting early the next morning. The room smelled bad; I asked them to spray freshener, but the smell returned shortly after. Outside the hotel, it smelled like a butcher shop. The place was very dirty, with a missing toilet seat, stains on the walls, and a damaged rooftop ceiling. It was a terrible experience. Please avoid booking this hotel. Their business seems to survive only because it's near the US embassy. Avoid booking hotels in Kurla, especially this one.
