I am very disappointed with my stay. One of the basic facilities expected from any hotel is hot water for bathing, but there was no hot water available in the room. Instead of fixing the issue, the staff brought buckets of hot water from another place, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable.This is not the level of service guests should expect from a hotel. Basic amenities should be available without guests having to request them. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously to prevent it from happening to other guests.
