The Oberoi, Mumbai

This was my first visit to India in over 30 years and we were traveling with two younger children hoping for a smooth experience. What we received exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we reached out before our arrival, the communication was clear and helpful. Airport pickup, check-in, dining, room service, daily turn-downs, and finally the checkout and return ride to the airport were all impeccably coordinated.What truly elevated the stay was how natural the service felt’never forced, never transactional. The staff is extremely service-focused, attentive, and professional, and you can tell they take genuine pride in their work. The food was excellent (and no sickness for anyone in our group), the room was comfortable, and everything delivered with consistency and care.We left with great memories and would return without hesitation. Our sincere appreciation to the entire team.

A clean and well-maintained hotel that is truly worth staying at. The staff are highly professional, courteous, and reflect the high standards of the hotel’s management.However, the breakfast system was somewhat unusual and does not match the level and elegance of such a hotel. I hope this aspect will be reconsidered in the future.Wishing continued success and prosperity to the hotel’s outstanding management.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome from the start. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities. Housekeeping did a great job every day.The location is perfect’close to shops and transport, which made getting around easy. The food was good, though there’s a little room for more variety. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would happily return here.

A beautiful classic 5 star hotel in the heart of South Mumbai. I have always loved staying here even though I live here locally. It’s my ultimate spot for staycations in Mumbai with endless views of the Arabian Sea. The hotel is designed in minimalist fashion but is grand in every way. The 1 bedroom suites with views of the sea are very well designed and are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is classy and is well thought out. The service at the hotel is exceptional except once when somebody called me from the lobby and argued with me on my check out dates and then had to send me a cake as an apology (unfortunately I don’t eat sugar). Only here I would have preferred if a manager would have reached out to me to correct the situation at that time. However. I won’t let one bad seed affect the repute of the hotel. Since the hotel is attached to the Trident, you can enjoy the lobby and restaurants of that hotel as well. The pool area is in the open with great views of the bay and overall it’s one of Mumbai’s best hotels. Another additional perk is to be able to walk on marine drive as it is bang opposite the hotels’overall a fantastic property and a must stay!

This hotel is one of the best experiences in India and even internationally! The staff is so welcoming and smart. The food is absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect. Loved the elegant minimalistic design and curated decor.There’s nothing odd or negative to point out.
