The hotel staff refused to even deliver package to guest rooms. The waiting time for lifts in an average is 7+ min. I mean what else to say when such basics don’t exist. Really unapologetic behavious when they say they say “we don’t have this service”.
The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Everything was comfortable, well-maintained, and made the stay truly memorable. Would definitely love to visit again!
This was a stay which was filled with ups and downs. The staff is incredible when it comes to hospitality. Special mention to Aditya who went out of the way to help us feel good about the stay. Overall not the best Taj experience I’ve had.
