The hygiene of the rooms are seriously questionable. Also the rooms are very small also the washroom is cramped and unhygienic.Food served was bad and stale. Never try food here, if at all staying.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is centrally located, a stones throw away from the hot spots in Bandra West. Hotel staff very responsive and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place.

Don’t try to sleep at night.

The hotel has no respect for guests who want to sleep at night. Both nights there were filled with noise, shouting, slamming of doors, banging of furniture and loud music within the hotel till 2am.Despite repeated requests to hotel to tell their staff / other guests to keep the noise level down this late at night - the response was: “in the room people can do anything” - even party of 10 people with noise to disturb other guests.The reception area fyi is a construction site.

Room quality is super pathetic

Me and my sister were visiting for 2 days and this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in local hotels like leafio in Saki naka and Rama Krishna in ville parle. But the quality of this hotel as a bloom chain was super super bad. The room is too small with no amenities like bathroom mats and extra towels for shower area. The AC kept making a loud clicking sound which was unbearable so we asked to shift the room, the second room AC swing didn’t work🙏🏻The third room was okayish with no extra cabinet to keep stuff. Bed quality is super low with mattress being worn out and uncomfortable. I am still giving staff a thumbs up for their hospitality and assistance! But for almost 20 thousand for 2 days this was an absolute nightmare!! Bloom needs to check on this and the hotel management needs to upgrade their facilities. A prime Bandra hotel cannot be this horrible
