We booked the room with specification that allows us to smoke. And for this, we had to book a costlier room. When we reached the, the reception informed us that we cannot smoke inside the whole property. We were not offered any solution when we told the reception about the smoking issue. To smoke, we literally had to come down, outside the hotel with no seperate dedicated smoking area in the middle of the night. They just kept a bin at the footpath for people to smoke. When we entered our room, it was quite dusty. The coffee tray had dust and hair on it. The bathroom tiles also had some mold. The soap tray wasn't clean. This was genuinely a very disappointing experience. We couldn't even leave because it was very late at night and we had prebooked our stay.
Its good option if you are using it for day use as well as overnight.
