Exorbitantly priced, all the so called platinum rooms are of different sizes and layout. So it's really a luck based guess on which room you are allotted. I came to stay with my wife and I was asked to prove I'm married to her by showing wedding photos ??!!! whaaaat in the world Their ironing board has a history, it's older than Harappa civilization and is burnt at multiple places. Further they don't give you you quota of daily water unless you call them a few times. Their hair dryer spews lava and glows orange. NEVER TOUCH. Staff is nice at times. I misplaced my room key card and asked them to make another one (for which I would pay), they committed a replacement key card which they never provided even after 2 days of asking them to provide for the same. They then asked me for money even after not fulfilling their side of commitment. No

The prices are extremely high, and the so-called platinum rooms vary in size and layout, making it a matter of luck which room you get assigned. I stayed with my wife and was asked to prove we were married by showing wedding photos, which was quite surprising. The ironing board is very old and has burn marks all over it. They also don't provide your daily water allowance unless you call multiple times. The hair dryer is dangerous, glowing orange and very hot—definitely avoid using it. The staff can be friendly sometimes. I lost my room key card and requested a replacement (willing to pay for it), but even after two days of asking, they never gave me a new card. Then they asked me for money despite not fulfilling their promise. Overall, very disappointing.
