The prices are extremely high, and the so-called platinum rooms vary in size and layout, making it a matter of luck which one you get. I stayed with my wife and was asked to prove we were married by showing wedding photos, which was quite surprising. The ironing board is very old and damaged in several spots. They also don't provide your daily water allowance unless you call multiple times. The hair dryer is dangerously hot and glows orange, so avoid using it. The staff can be friendly at times. I lost my room key card and requested a replacement (willing to pay), but despite their promise, they never gave me a new card even after two days of reminders. Then they asked me for money despite not fulfilling their commitment. Not acceptable.
