We travelled with my pregnant wife, and this was actually our second visit to the property. We had stayed here earlier and liked the experience so much that we decided to come back again.The package is really worth considering as it includes a welcome drink, lunch, evening snacks, dinner, and breakfast the next morning. The food experience is truly 5-star from the quality and taste to the presentation, plating, and serving. Everything was exceptionally well done.The staff is polite, courteous, and always ready to help. The pool is on the smaller side, but the way it is designed gives you an infinity-pool-like experience, which we really enjoyed.The rooms were extremely clean, warm, and comfortable. The entire property has a very positive and peaceful atmosphere. You genuinely feel a sense of calmness as soon as you spend some time there.One thing to mention is that just before reaching the property, you will come across a large dumping ground. However, don't let that discourage you once you cross that stretch and enter the property, the surroundings and experience are completely different.We would definitely recommend giving this place a try. In fact, this is the kind of property you can visit again and again. Although the prices have increased recently, we still feel it offers good value for money considering the overall experience and inclusions.And a special thanks to Agoda during our very first visit, we managed to get the stay at almost half the current price, which made the experience even more memorable!

The person answering the phone was often rude. The restaurant staff were friendly though. The hotel is located right next to a large garbage dump (left leads to the dump, right to the hotel). While you don't smell the garbage, there are too many flies in the dining area. The food was good, but some set menu dishes were a bit unusual on certain days, so pick your day carefully. The East Indian food wasn't authentic, but the evening chai with fuggias was excellent. The pool was clean the first time, but unfortunately mossy and dirty the second time. For a place like Uttan/Gorai, the prices are quite high. What I liked most was the overall ambiance, the charming design, and the peacefulness surrounded by greenery. I also appreciated the pottery making, which they kindly allowed during both stays.

This is a small hotel with only 10 rooms, but it is very well kept. The food quality was excellent, and their method of serving buffet-style meals was impressive in minimizing waste. The price, including meals, is quite affordable. The staff are very courteous. I would definitely come back.

Such a aesthetic property with great food, service staff and hygiene, would definitely recommend.
