Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, which was definitely a positive. However, I did face a maintenance issue with the room cooling/air conditioning, and I had to contact the maintenance team twice. Unfortunately, even after their assistance, the room was not cooling as effectively as expected, which could have been better.The High Tide restaurant is quite nice, and the food was decent. There was a good variety of options in the dinner buffet, and there was something for everyone. However, I felt that the buffet was slightly overpriced for the quality and overall experience.
Impeccable hospitality and awesome food quality ( vegetarian ) , we were impressed by their courteous staff and overall cleanliness. Though the property is undergoing some renovations to increase the number of rooms but they made sure it doesn't affect guests apart from some minor niggles. Defintely recommended
Disappointing Stay – Rigid Checkout & Subpar Room CleanlinessI had a very disappointing experience at this resort. Compared to other luxury properties like JW Marriott or Fairmont—where late checkouts (around 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM) are smoothly accommodated—this resort enforced a strict 12:00 PM checkout without flexibility.To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was simply not up to the mark. The tiles had a persistent moisture problem throughout the stay, keeping the floor damp and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable for a resort standard.I expected far better hospitality, maintenance, and hygiene for the price. I would not recommend this property until they improve room upkeep and customer service flexibility.Floor had moisture because there was no proper ventilation
