Our experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we got there, the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist with a smile. I spent one night at Hotel Aura on Malad Link Road and checked out today, but my stay was quite disappointing. A major issue was the large rats around the hotel, which was both disturbing and unacceptable. Since the hotel is on a busy main road, the constant traffic noise made it hard to get a peaceful sleep. The reception area seemed neglected, and the front desk staff lacked the professionalism and friendliness I expected. Breakfast was also unsatisfactory, with bland food and limited choices. The only good part was the room, which was spacious, clean, and fairly comfortable. The cleaning and support staff were good. Given my experience, I wouldn't stay at Hotel Aura again. After leaving, I moved to Sheetal Residency, where the experience was much better for a similar price, highlighting Hotel Aura's shortcomings even more.
