In spite of taking Delux room ..There were Pathetic Washroom conditions..leaking washbasin drain,no exhaust.curtain is not cleaned..roof near the balcony lots of trash on it ... pictures on the website are misleading...huge issue on lighting part...reading table,dressing table has no overhead light source...white linen is not stain free and multiple old patches present.Housekeeping staff lacks professionalism.My request to see available rooms were denied before possessing the room.
