Very poor room condition.The room was not for us,it was for mosquitoes.The bed was so uncomfortable that we could not sleep for the whole night.Not atall recommended.Dont get fooled by the Treebo name.
My wife and I had a confirmed booking through Booking.com at Treebo Seven Olives, Andheri’Kurla Road (confirmation number available). The booking was clearly shown as confirmed with pay at hotel option.When we reached the hotel late at night, the staff informed us that the booking was not approved by the hotel and refused to provide accommodation. We were asked to leave, leaving us stranded at night in an unfamiliar city.There was no prior communication from the hotel about any issue with the booking. This caused serious inconvenience and mental stress. A confirmed booking should always be honored, regardless of payment method.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers arriving late at night.
