Stayed for 2 days, Good room but little small if we consider it with the name Superior Deluxe.

The experience was disappointing; I reserved a Standard Room which turned out to be very small. However, since I was traveling alone and staying just for one day, it was acceptable. The room was clean but had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was the worst part, smelling strongly from the drains and exhaust. All the bathroom fittings were broken. The hotel room is definitely overpriced for what it provides. They didn't even offer free drinking water.

His behavior was rude, impolite, unprofessional, and arrogant throughout the interaction. A receptionist is expected to be courteous, respectful, and helpful, but unfortunately, he displayed none of these qualities.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Customer service is an important part of any business, and the way guests are treated at the reception leaves a lasting impression. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides proper training to improve professionalism and customer care.

We traveled from Tamil Nadu to Mumbai and reserved room 133 for my daughter's consulate interview on 30.06.26. The receptionist was very helpful, providing clear guidance and ensuring our safety. The hotel is conveniently located just 1.9 kilometers from the Consulate and VFS. I would rate their safety and service a perfect 10 out of 10. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. South Indian food is also offered. The staff are very polite and friendly. Grateful for their service.
