Lucky Serviced Apartments

The room had this constant cigarette smell even after using the room spray. The walls are damaged and there are cockroaches and worms in the room and on the bed tooo. It is nothing like the photos displayed by the hotel

I went to bed after a long day in conference and as I was about to go to bed to my surprise there was a cockroach; right there on the bed.I was then shown 7 rooms, each had one you could see the moment you switched on lights. This place is a safety hazard. Do yourself a favor and spend some extra money and stay at a 5 start instead

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The receptionist assured me that the room was booked at Lucky Service Apartment, which is a renovated property, but instead I was given a room in a 40-year-old building that smelled terrible. The staff were very rude and impolite. The hotel owner was also arrogant and disrespectful. The rooms are definitely not appropriate for families. The owner seemed eager to refund the money right away, took my bank details, and told the receptionist to process the refund the next morning, even though online transfers can be done instantly.
