Mumbai Metro - The Executive Hotel

I had a good stay overall at T2 Beacon Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.That said, the management should focus more on maintaining the property. The hotel has great assets and potential, but some areas need attention. The rooms would benefit from deep cleaning, the AC requires servicing, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.A special mention to Riya from the Front Office, Her service truly enhanced the overall experience.Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff, but property maintenance needs improvement.

My short 4 to 5 ’hour stay at T2 Beacon Hotel, near Mumbai T2 Airport, turned out to be one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences of my life. After a 12’hour train journey and with a 30’hour international flight ahead, my wife and I simply needed a few hours of rest ’ yet we were made to wait almost three hours in the lobby without even being offered a glass of water. Despite repeatedly humbly requesting an early check’in, the staff remained indifferent, and when they finally allowed us to check in just five minutes before 2 pm, one receptionist even spoke to us rudely, as if doing us a favour saying 'At 1.55 pm they told, "we are allowed you early check-in otherwise you supposed to be allowed at 2pm". At 54 years of age and after staying at countless hotels, I have never faced such cold behaviour and lack of basic hospitality, and I strongly advise fellow travellers to reconsider before booking this property.

I stayed at this hotel and the property itself was good, but the AC experience was horrible.On the first night, the AC stopped working for around 1 hour 39 minutes. Later in the afternoon, it completely stopped again. There was no ventilation in the room, and it felt suffocating because no fresh air was coming in.After multiple complaints, we were shifted to another room in the late evening, but the same issue happened again. The AC did not work properly throughout the night. The room became moist and extremely uncomfortable, and we were sweating the whole night. Even my parents’ room had the same AC problem.The AC unit was showing ’C2’ repeatedly, and despite complaining several times, there was no proper help or solution provided.This experience was not worth the money and completely ruined our stay. Very disappointing and horrible night experience.

Extremely poor experience ’ would not recommend.I was initially given Room 103, which had sewage water leaking from the washroom. After complaining, I was shifted to Room 109, but the AC was not working at all. Despite informing the staff multiple times, I was made to wait for nearly 4 hours while they kept insisting the AC was functioning, which was clearly not true.To make matters worse, when I requested a fan as a temporary solution, the staff refused. I was then asked to shift to another room, even though I was earlier told that the hotel was fully booked. The responses from the staff were inconsistent and unhelpful.I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in both budget and premium hotels across multiple countries, and this has been the worst experience so far.The hotel also refused to cancel my booking or provide a refund despite these serious issues.Very unprofessional service and poor management. Avoid this place if you value basic comfort and customer service.
