Mumbai Metro - The Executive Hotel

We stayed in a Deluxe room and had a pleasant experience overall. While the room walls felt a bit old and slightly damp, everything else made up for it. The staff were extremely friendly, and the receptionist, Riya, was especially helpful throughout our stay. The food provided was excellent.I would definitely recommend this hotel, most other options in this area have tiny rooms and charge anywhere between ’2,000’’3,000. Spending a little extra here is absolutely worth it for the comfort and service.

It’s very close to the airport. The food is good and reasonably priced. The room is okay, but the washroom was not properly cleaned. Theroom boys are doing their best, but I would like to mention one thing about the front desk lady. I asked several questions, and she kept giving the same answer for everything. After that, she became silent and was not interested in listening or responding to my queries.She selected a room for me, and when I asked for options, she didn’t listen. For the amount I am paying, I should be able to choose my room.The front desk lady is treating customers based on their attire and looksWithout customers, there is no business. If a staff member is not willing to listen and understand customer queries, they are not suitable for a front desk role. A front desk person should be calm, patient, and welcoming to customers.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Hotel T2 Beacon. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were just as described, and the location was super convenient for getting around the city.A special mention goes to Riya at the front desk ’ she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and even offered great local recommendations. Her friendly attitude really set the tone for the rest of my visit.Overall, I’d highly recommend Hotel T2 Beacon to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. It's conveniently located within close proximity to the airport as well as key areas like Andheri, Kurla, and Ghatkopar, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers

I stayed there in last month for 2 days. Booked the hotel through HotelZify which is their booking moderator after discussing with their manager. I clearly mentioned that I need the corporate GST bill as I was there on a Business trip. The manager promised me everything that I will get the bill and all. During Check in also I asked them several times. They didn't asked me for my company's GST number as it's the duty of the hotel that if consumer is asking for a GST bill means you need to ask them for GST number or else clearly tell them that you don't have the same. At the time of check out i ask them about the gst bill they informed me that they can't provide as the booking was through HotelZify and after argument they provide me a bill which was not a corporate bill consists of my personal details and no GST number neither HSN code. Then after objection they told me that they will provide me through WhatsApp. After coming back I tried contacting them several times they didn't picked up and after that they finally picked up and started arguing and then I came to know they don't have any GST number which they haven't informed me during checkin. Then they told me that you can get the Bill from HotelZify and please note here that I talked with HotelZify also they clearly mention that the bill needs to be provided by the hotel. Then after so many arguments they finally provided me a bill correcting the details but guess what sometimes the calculation is wrong, sometime the check out date, bill date, check out time is wrong. They don't even know how to prepare a legal bill. And till date I am requesting them to provide a valid bill to me. Now I am in a situation that I couldn't even claim my expense and I have to pay it from my own pocket. I just made one mistake that I opted for this hotel. They are cheaters. Rooms are very untidy, area is the worst. Only from outside the building is good. I just want a corrected bill with correct calculation.
