Located in the heart of the town, this hotel offers the convenience of having most key places within easy reach, which is a major plus for travellers looking to explore or move around quickly.However, the lift is quite small and can accommodate only two people at a time, which can be inconvenient during busy hours, especially if you have luggage or are travelling in a group.The buffet spread is very limited in quanity and could be much better in terms of variety and options, so guests looking forward to an extensive breakfast or meal buffet may feel a bit disappointed.Cleanliness also needs improvement, as certain areas of the property do not feel as well maintained as they should be for a comfortable stay.Overall, it is a decently located hotel with good accessibility, but enhancing cleanliness, expanding buffet choices, and upgrading the lift capacity would significantly improve the guest experience.

A small G+2 storey hotel with a prompt and friendly staff. Room was neat and clean including a bathroom. Basic amenities were also provided in the room and the bathroom. Best part is its vicinity to the CSIA Airport - T2 which makes it convenient for a person or family who has late night or early early morning flight. Overall a good experience and recommendable.
