I have stayed in this property during Ganpati Time and my stay was awesome. The location of property is just across the road from the famous Shri Siddhivinayak Temple which enabled us to visit the temple many times during our visit. Further, the location of this property is such that all the famous locations were quite near which enabled us comfortable visits to such places. Also, room was spacious and clean.
Had a very bad experience while check in. I reached the hotel at 4 am but there was no one for check in and I was loitering in the lobby till 630 am. I was dead tired and it was a waste of time. As I had gone only to visit Lal Baugh for a day which I couldn’t do the darshan properly. I wish they could refund my one night money .
The venue is quite nice. We held our daughter's 5th birthday party in their banquet hall. However, during a recent visit with my husband, I saw men bringing bar girls and booking rooms by the hour. If this continues and more people become aware, the place's reputation will decline. This could also damage the Kohinoor brand, which is truly a legacy. I'm very disappointed to witness this.
