The biggest advantage is the location and helpful and polite staff. The rooms are of great size (which is rare in mumbai). The food is also very good. Some issues we faced: the bed had 2 mattresses which used to slide apart which made sleeping very difficult as they kept sliding apart. There was no hot water in bathroom

Although this happened during my stay last year, I am only now writing this feedback because I have never been able to forget how I was treated. The experience still troubles me whenever I think about it. I feel it is important to share what occurred so future guests receive the respect, dignity, and professionalism that I was denied. I am very disappointed by the unprofessional and insensitive conduct of the hotel staff, especially Manager Akash Mahakal and Reception Staff Sarika. When I arrived, it was already communicated that I needed a room with two separate beds. Despite this, I was repeatedly forced to share a bed with another staff member. I explained that I had recently had three surgeries, including on my hand and nose, and sharing a bed would be difficult and uncomfortable. My medical condition was completely ignored. When I called reception for help, my calls were disconnected instead of being addressed. When I went to reception to speak with the staff, she did not even look at me while I explained my concern. Instead of helping, Reception Staff Sarika mocked me by saying, "Niche mattress daal dete hain, waha so jao." This was very disrespectful. There was not enough space on the floor for a mattress, making the suggestion unrealistic and humiliating. Since the manager was not on duty, I spoke with Manager Akash Mahakal by phone. Instead of handling my concern professionally, he laughed and said, "Aapka room change karenge to paise aap doge kya?" Such a response from a manager was completely unacceptable and showed no professionalism or empathy. After all this unnecessary stress, I was finally given a room around 9:47 PM. Even then, I was told not to unpack because I might be moved again later. Only after I contacted my company and they spoke with the hotel was I moved to another room around 11:45 PM. To make things worse, the hotel staff later falsely claimed I had been sleeping and that they had come twice to inform me about room availability. This is completely untrue. The whole experience was very stressful, humiliating, and emotionally draining. I felt helpless and was left crying because of how I was treated. As a guest recovering from recent surgeries, I expected basic respect, empathy, and professionalism. Instead, I faced mockery, dishonesty, and a total lack of concern for my wellbeing.
