Hotel Regal Enclave

At first they given me a small room after I had the discussion with the front office they changed my room with out hesitation. Some construction work was going on that time I can’t sleep in the day hours the staff was so friendly. If you ask me it’s worth the money I will say no still a good property if they lower the price down a bit and need to take care of the cleanliness and need to charge the furniture almost old.

WiFi doesn’t work, TV connection to WiFi doesn’t work, poor network location for phone internet.Too much money compared to the cleanliness Coffee setup in the room is not hygienic.Not worth for money

The receptionist misunderstood me, and the staff member was quite insensitive, asking me ridiculous questions as I was leaving the hotel. This negatively affected my dignity. Please ensure the staff receive proper professional training.

The photos on the website were probably taken when the hotel had just opened, because the current condition is quite different. There is clear neglect in several areas, including the walls, bathrooms, furniture, wardrobes and safes.The shower water had a strong sulphur-like smell, which was quite nauseating. The air-conditioning units were yellowish, and the rooms had a somewhat musty smell.One particularly disappointing practice is that they appear to fill fancy glass bottles with chlorinated tap water and present them as branded bottled water. When I called to order bottled water, I was charged 80 rupees for it.The staff were generally not very communicative and did not give off a particularly welcoming vibe. Some staff members, especially at breakfast, were overly talkative, while others would simply stare. We also wanted to exchange money, which I believe should be handled privately. Instead, they took our money away, and it took an unnecessarily long time before we received the rupees.The basic facilities were functional and the rooms were spacious, but please do not arrive expecting the luxury shown in the photos.The location is actually quite convenient, but the windows do not close properly, so you can constantly hear trains passing by. Bring earplugs!Breakfast was also very disappointing and minimal, consisting mostly of South Indian breakfast items.Overall, the basic facilities were adequate and the rooms were spacious, but manage your expectations and do not rely on the photos when deciding what to expect from this hotel.
