Absolutely Unacceptable Service - Rude Staff and Deceptive PracticesI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel, and I feel compelled to share the sheer unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered.I accidentally made a booking for the 11th of May instead of the 12th due to the late hour (around 3 AM on the 12th). Realizing the mistake immediately, I called the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation. The staff informed me that while cancellation was not possible, they would allow a date change. Although I wasn’t entirely pleased, I accepted the offer as it seemed like a reasonable compromise.However, when I called back later that same day to confirm the date change, I was met with a shocking reversal. The staff now claimed that a date change was no longer possible, essentially saying that my ’3,500 had been wasted. Not only was this incredibly frustrating, but the staff’s attitude was downright rude and dismissive. They were unapologetic and completely unwilling to help or even acknowledge the inconsistency in their responses.It’s infuriating to feel misled and disregarded as a customer. First, I was given false information, then treated as if my issue did not matter. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any establishment claiming to value their guests.If this is how they handle genuine booking issues, I can’t imagine how poorly they might respond to more significant problems during a stay. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Don’t fall for their deceptive practices and lack of accountability. Save yourself the stress and choose a place that respects and values its guests.Absolutely avoid this place if you value honest service and respectful treatment.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very cooperative

Thanks Shumal the housekeeping service is very good the room is very clean the floor is very clean the lobby is very good one thing I did not like, when I was checking the operation manager Mr. Sandeep was abusing the staff in front of the guest, how does Mr. Sandeep talk, I did not like this thing very much the room is kept well the rates in the main bar are very high

Worst place to stay we had booked room in this hotel our checkin was at 2pm and we came here at 10.30 am when booking was made there it was shown early checkin is subjected to availability, and that day they had many rooms empty availabel and they charged us 2000/- they take advantage to guest who come early, if you want to charge extra so pls mention everywhere that you charge for early checkin. Worst this property no good rooms we asked them for water bottle and they dint send the water i asked them thrise but they dint sent it. There was no refreshment in room no proper management nothing this was my first and last stay with this hotel i would suggest everyone to pls do not book your stay in this hotel.Zero star
