Our experience was very comfortable and hassle-free.The hotel offers an airport transfer service for an additional charge of 400, which was absolutely worth it. You can book the service while check-in. We were also traveling with our 2-year-old child, and the hotel's efficient airport transfer and luggage assistance made our early morning departure much less stressful. The staff assisted us with our luggage right from our room, brought it to the lobby, loaded it into the car, and even helped unload it onto an airport trolley when we arrived. The most impressive part was that only about 15 minutes had elapsed between leaving our room and reaching the airport terminal. It made our early morning departure incredibly convenient.The staff throughout our stay were very cooperative, courteous, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient.We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with a king-size bed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a window, mini fridge, tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, and a small wardrobe. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.One service that truly stood out was the hotel's assistance with food items that needed deep freezing overnight. After I called room service, a staff member collected the items directly from my room, stored them safely in the hotel's deep freezer, and promptly returned them to my room at 5:00 AM when I requested them. This level of customer service was highly appreciated.There are also many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the hotel has its own restaurant as well.Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay near Mumbai Airport, especially for those with early morning flights. The convenient location, efficient airport transfer, spacious rooms, and exceptional staff service made our stay very pleasant.
