Cleanliness was good but 50% of amenities were completely not available like tv, hot water and even water in morning, not drinking water you have to purchase your own water bottles going out. And many other amenities were provided only when requested and were not given upfrontly.

Very Bad experience and service

Our stay at Hotel Townhouse was very disappointing. There were several basic facilities that were either not provided or were not working properly.We were not provided towels for bathing. We requested towels in the morning, but only one towel was provided in the evening, even though there were two guests staying in the room. The bathroom also had no water, and the toilet flush was not working properly.The AC was also not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, complimentary drinking water was not provided. When we asked them to arrange water from outside, they refused to bring it as well.These are very basic facilities that a hotel should provide to its guests. The overall service and management were extremely disappointing.Warning for future guests: Please confirm the availability of basic facilities such as towels, bathroom water, working flush, AC, and drinking water before checking in. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend checking everything in the room immediately after arrival so you don't face the same issues during your stay.
