The staff weren't welcoming. Especially the receptionists, one guy with the specs wasn't having a positive attitude and his facial expressions were very irritating and disturbing. Didn't want to check in that hotel at all. Even while checkout his reaction and expressions were very irritating. U would never want to check in hotels like that, it just spoils ur mood in the stay. I hope u take training for staff behaviour and tech them how to welcome guests. 2nd room bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty not changed and they did change after request. One staff opened the open without knocking. It was very irritating. Can't u wait for sec after knocking. Door locks were working or not able to lock. Just didn't like the stay here. Wasn't feeling good at all.

The freshness was lacking, leading to a less than satisfactory experience. I wish the hotel would enhance the freshness of its meals and the quality of its service.
