The hotel DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FACILITY and most importantly, THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR OWN WORDS. Very dishonest with limited facility. One star is not low enough. AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe hotel does not honour their words. At the time of booking i did mention it was for me and an elder (my mother >75yo). So we need a twin room with easy accessibility. Nearer to the check in date, turns out they don’t have a twin room at ground floor, and the hotel does not have any lift.In return they agreed to approve my cancellation for free as it is the limitation of the facility. In fact they mentioned few times “don’t worry” “please trust us” and it will get done. But at the end they REJECTED my request. Red flags all over this property!
They cancelled my reservation which was done through Agoda. On arriving to Mumbai, they told me they have cancelled my reservation, no proper explanation. Agoda was not reachable. I travelled along to Mumbai and place to stay, horrible experience.
Left us stranded at the airport. Gave our room to another because our flight was delayed and when confronted, came back with "sorry for the inconvenience".
