Extraordinarily beautiful with an exceptional staff. A great place to stay if you want to be minutes away from the airport

First of all they couldn't locate my booking and conveniently said that you don't have a booking here. After explaining them for 15 minutes they agreed to check at backend and finally got my booking and I could finally check in after waiting more than 40 minutes that too in the evening which is way beyond the standard check in time. I arrived to Mumbai after a flight of 16 odd hours and just wanted to eat and sleep, I asked the staff is it possible to order food online and I was told 'yes' , if its paid, they'll take it to my room but when the food came they told me that I have to go outside the hotel premises which was more than 500mts which furthermore ruined the experience after the check in fiasco. Totally unacceptable from a 5 star hotel and a brand like Leela.

The staff were outstanding. The room was tidy and the bed was cozy. The breakfast was among the best I've had. Amar at check-in was very kind. Suhana, the manager, greeted us warmly, and every staff member we interacted with was excellent.

I want to thank staff member Pooja Sadadekar for helping me recover my lost bracelet. I attended a close friend's event at The Leela with around 80 to 100 guests, where I lost my bracelet. Initially, I tried to find it myself but was unsuccessful, so I informed a staff member who then contacted security. I gave a full description of the bracelet to the security person, who asked Pooja to review the camera footage. Later, I was told that Pooja tracked me through the footage from when I entered the event until I lost the bracelet and found it exactly where I lost it. I really appreciate her efforts and thank the entire team at The Leela for taking my complaint seriously and resolving it.

Excellent location for Mumbai Airport. Great staff. Nice pool. Good restaurants.
