Rooms were ok with good staff behaviour. Food is available at hotel which was tasty and at reasonable price. Also, the location of hotel is very good as u can go anywhere from here.
Not a good place
Our Check-In time was 12:00 PM, but due certain circumstances we reached very early to the hotel, something about 8 am. They kept us waiting in the reception from 8am to 12pm, almost 4 hours. At 12:05 PM they started procedure to give us room. When we entered room, there were 2 separate beds. I specifically mentioned to have large bed but they arranged two separate beds. When I asked this to the person at reception, he said we don't have large beds. If you want we can combine those two single beds and make it large. I showed them my booking, it has clearly mentioned that I chose for large bed, I also showed them the images on the Agoda website in which they had showed large bed. The receptionist simply said that the Images are not uploaded by us. Website has added those images by themselves. I asked again mentioning that the Hotel rooms are theirs, then how can website add some random large bed image by themselves for which receptionist simply replied that the image was added by website only. And he offered me combine two single beds to make them one bed, which I denied to do. The room was okay, but the paint on the walls was peeling off. The restaurant's dishes were also too costly. We didn't liked the area of the hotel, so we checked out in the evening. We didn't spent any night in that hotel. The front side of Hotel looks damaged from outside. Its not like what they have shown in the image.
