It has been more than a year since I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. And I have decided to write a review only now because I was thinking about what the worst hotel experience ever in my life was, and this hotel took the first place on my list of worst experiences for sure.Check-in was smooth, as well as the room I was staying in. The first negative thing I noticed was that there was no hot water, even though I had been told that they had it. So after a cold shower, I went to sleep, and in the middle of the night I got woken up by someone who was knocking on my door very loudly. I was like, "What the hell is going on over here?" I was thinking maybe some drunkard had forgotten his room number, but no, the person kept knocking. So I went to open the door while I was very angry and sleepy. It was a hotel worker knocking at my door, and he told me that I had parked "my car" in the wrong place. The funny thing was that I had no car with me. So I told him he was mistaken, and I did not even get a simple "sorry" for the misunderstanding.The next morning, despite the negative experience, I decided to continue my stay for one more night. I paid for one more day and went back to my room. Guess what happened at around 1 p.m.? Again, someone was knocking, and I was sleeping again, trying to get some sleep after a sleepless night. Again, very angry and sleepy, I went to open the door, and I saw three young men who were working there telling me to check out in a rude way. I also answered them in a rude way: "What the hell is going on here? I have just paid this morning for one more day." After a short argument, they again left me alone without saying sorry. But that was beyond the boiling point. That evening, I took my stuff and shifted to another hotel.The staff was terrible and by seeing the fresh negative reviews, it doesn't seem to be changed.

hotel freedom star is very neat, clean.room service is awesome, staff behaviour also excellent hospitality.it's 5 minutes distance from airport.And best pont is that it's opposite ville parle station, walking 2 minute distance.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is placed at a junction that has a Shiv Sagar and other good restaurants nearby.The reception is in a shady make-shift looking place at, I can say, the basement of the building and is manned by a few men who looked least interested in their guests.The room is terribly unmaintained, unclean with dust on all surfaces. The bed sheets and the blankets were stained and looked like they may not have been changed from the previous guest. I was worried about picking up some skin infection. The towel looked like a cheap one but it appeared to have been washed.The bath room mat was fully dirty from the shoe marks of the previous guests. I requested for a replacement which never came.The room was big by Mumbai standards.Overall, looks like a shady place, not worth paying more than ’1.5k when I actually had paid ~’3.5k. I felt cheated but then it was my poor choice too and cannot blame anyone else. Please look for a better place than this.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Despite having a confirmed booking through OYO, the hotel initially denied me entry. I had to spend almost one hour speaking with customer care before the manager finally gave me the room keys.The room condition was pathetic. There was no proper water supply and the hygiene was extremely poor. The room was full of mosquitoes all night, and the staff didn’t even have mosquito spray. I finally got all out to use but it was of no use, and I couldn’t sleep at all.The AC remote was missing, and the pillows, bedsheets, and mattress covers were in terrible condition.The next morning, I had to request another room just to use the washroom.On top of everything, the staff kept asking for extra money whenever possible.I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel unless you want a sleepless night and risk falling sick due to mosquitoes.

Stay away! Rooms are incredible filthy! I booked a more premium room and got surprised how bad their hygiene levels are. The photos speak for themselves!
