They r not providing an extra blanket even after telling them we r traveling with baby ...and room is Congested ,and staff behaviour is also rude,only a reception person is nice and give us a room without OTP confirming the booking on ixibo...

Family • India • Oct 2026The main issue is the location, which is often not shown in the photos. The hotel is surrounded by scrap shops, and there aren't any convenient vegetarian restaurants nearby. Fortunately, the hotel's food was good, the rooms were decent, and the staff were very helpful. They kindly provided us with early morning tea even though the kitchen was closed. It's an acceptable place to stay if you plan to be out most of the time and only return to sleep. Since we had a visa appointment, this location was not ideal for us.

The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well kept. The professionalism throughout made my stay very pleasant. I strongly suggest this place to anyone seeking a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I would certainly come back!

I am not happy with first checking because travelling so long they are not providing room on the time . Also cleaning is not there is have some insets and fly . Staff is very very good assist well and helpful thank you !
