Hotel Sanjary Palace

This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered in all my travels, and I travel a lot.

This is the third class hospitality i have received for the first time in my life. Like in the city like mumbai you just expect to have a comfortable stay for night stay. But what if your bed smells weird, what if your bathroom and bedroom have cockroach and insect roaming, there is no window in any room and not you ac working properly Seriously! And also you need to ask for the remote of the ac !! ? Literally frustrated, they where be a like 2 personal managing hotel with no interest. And all that i am facing after paying a healthy money. Please don't waste your money for that smelly rooms that doesn't fall you Sleep whole night.

This is the worst hospitality experience I've ever had. In a city like Mumbai, you expect a comfortable place to stay for the night. But what if your bed has a strange smell, your bathroom and bedroom have cockroaches and insects, there are no windows in any room, and the AC doesn't work properly? Seriously! And you even have to ask for the AC remote? It's really frustrating. It felt like only two people were managing the hotel with no care. And all this happened after paying a good amount of money. Please don't waste your money on these smelly rooms where you can't sleep all night.
