The size of the room and the cost doesn't seem to justify the price which they have charged. I am very much unhappy with my choice of booking this room
This implication was deeply insulting and humiliating. A guest who paid approximately 23,000 for a one-night stay should not be treated as though they would fabricate a story to obtain a 3,000 refund. Your Manager on Duty had already acknowledged the staff’s mistake the previous night, yet the following morning I was made to defend my honesty in front of your employees.
Rooms were very clean. The food was good as well. Service met expectations. A straightforward business hotel with no complications. The location is convenient for easy access.
