This was my first time staying in Chembur. TJoC is ideally situated, making it convenient to reach any destination. The rooms are tidy, clean, and the linens were spotless—everything one could ask for. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and offers a diverse menu. Most importantly, the staff—from reception to room service to the restaurant—deserve a 5-star rating for their warmth and hospitality. I think this reflects excellent management. Wonderful job! There is no self-parking available, only valet parking. The driver stays inside the car while the valet goes to pay and park. The main road in front of the hotel is a no parking zone. The valet parking attendant does not inform you where the hotel parking is located.
