The Fern Residency Mumbai, The Acres Chembur, Series by Marriott

The supposedly purified bottled water were not sealed. You can easily open it and we don’t know but it seems it had been refilled already. Also, before leaving for the conference, I left the adaptor of my Apple charger on the bedside table but after the conference and when we got back, the room was cleaned already and my adaptor is missing. They checked it with a staff to no avail. The rest was okay and the gym and activity center were superb so I am giving them a 3 star.

We stayed here as part of a Mercury Holidays Earthern Experience private tour.The staff are so friendly and efficient.The vegetarian lunch was extremely good.They very kindly checked us in early after a night flight.Whilst the room furniture is a little tired it was very clean and comfortable.We loved the quiet location.

I recently had a fantastic experience at The Fern Residency in Chembur, Mumbai. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming service really stood out ’ the staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire stay truly memorable.One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The spread was generous, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty continental start or some classic Indian breakfast favourites, the quality and variety make it an excellent way to begin your day.Cleanliness is clearly a priority at this hotel. My room and the common areas were spotless and well-maintained, creating a refreshing and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job ensuring everything was neat and organised ’ it really made a strong impression.The overall ambiance is relaxing and enjoyable, with thoughtful touches and quality amenities that enhance the guest experience. I would highly recommend The Fern Residency to both business and leisure travellers looking for comfort, good food, and a pleasant stay in Mumbai.

Sakshi and all of the other hotel staff.Lovely service at the hotel. We were well loved and cared for. The staff were amazing. They went out of the way to make the stay memorable. They provided us with a great welcome drink when we checked in and were really kind. The food was amazing.The employees always greeted us with a smile.The hotel also extended a room for us to stay for extra time without us even asking them. They well and beyond our expectations. A shout out to Sachin to making us feel welcomed . Always smiling and making sure that we were looked after really well.Also He organised the car for a full day to go out and see csm terminus, the Gateway of India and Marine Drive.The lovely experience of how the hotel looked after us really well motivates us to come to Mumbai again for a holiday.

This is a good place for access to areas such as BKC, Dadar, Navi Mumbai, Worli and South Mumbai and the Thane belt as well. The place is good but it's not like top end 4 star like you would find in Singapore and other countries but its good. The swimming is in the next door club and there is only one restaurant in the building. We faced issues of mosquitos but they gave the repellant machine. As there aren't many branded properties in the core city this is a good option 3.5/5.
