Over all a good hotel, but slightly expensive for the type of hotel it is. On the positive side, I would say the location is very convenient. Also, the staff were generally helpful and efficient.But I must mention some negatives which the hotel management should give a serious thought to:1. The bathrooms are not at all senior citizen friendly. Considering the design and the location of the bath tub, there is a danger of serious accidents. I suggest immediate removal of the tubs and converting the area into a shower cubicle2. We had lunch at the Rasoi Restaurant, where there was live music. The music through the speakers was too loud for comfort and it was impossible to have a quiet meal in peace. When I requested the staff to please turn down the volume, they said that it was not possible. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. 3. To add to this, it was a Sunday afternoon and there were noisy groups partying in the restaurant, disturbing the peace of people who wanted to have a quiet time. I SUGGEST THAT THERE BE A SEPARATE AREA WHERE LARGE GROUPS CAN ENJOY THEIR PARTIES, thus leaving other customers in peace.

Our family stay at Ramee Gues line Hotel, Dadar was very comfortable and convenient, especially because of its excellent location. The hotel is situated just opposite Dadar railway station and adjacent to Swaminarayan Mandir, which makes commuting and local access extremely easy. I was particularly impressed by the express check-in and quick check-out process, which saved a lot of time. The room interiors were neat and hygienic, the washroom had good-quality faucets, and the availability of multi-channel Hathway DTH along with satisfactory Wi-Fi made the stay even more pleasant.One of the highlights of the stay was the hospitality and support from the front office team. ***, ***, and *** were extremely helpful and always prompt in attending to requirements from time to time. Their courteous and efficient service added a personal touch to the overall experience. I also appreciated the quick room service for snacks and beverages, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast buffet spread was excellent, with a satisfying variety of options to choose from. Another big plus is that the hotel is connected to Rasoi for both veg and non-veg food, and Muthuswamy for vegetarian cuisine, offering very good North and South Indian dining choices.That said, there is some scope for improvement. The AC regulation system needs attention, as the current control switch appears to work only in on/off mode, and once switched on, the centralized AC runs at full throttle without individual control. Also, for a tariff of around *** per night, the hotel should provide adequate toiletries upfront in the room. Items such as room slippers, comb, and dental kit were provided only in instalments upon request, which could be improved for better guest convenience. Overall, it was a good stay with strong service, cleanliness, and location advantages, and with a few refinements, the experience can become even better.
