They didnt refund for wrong booking. As they were having empty rooms on the same day but reception said they kept empty for us.

I recently stayed at Karishma Hotel with my wife and our 1-year-old baby, and I feel it’s important to share what turned out to be one of the most frustrating and unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had.Late at night, around 12:30 AM, I realized I had misplaced our room key. Naturally, I approached the hotel staff for help, expecting a simple and standard solution like providing a spare or master key. To my shock, they informed me that the hotel did not have any duplicate or master keys available ’ something that should be a basic necessity in any hotel.Worse still, instead of offering a proper solution, the staff told me I had two options:1. Pay extra to book a new room for the night, or2. Pay out of my own pocket to replace the lock and keys.This was extremely distressing, especially considering the circumstances. It was raining heavily, late at night, and I was not alone ’ I was with my wife and our 1-year-old child, who were both tired and uncomfortable. Despite this, the hotel staff showed no urgency, no empathy, and no willingness to take responsibility for the situation.Left with no real choice, I had to arrange a locksmith myself and stand out in the rain while the door lock was replaced ’ all while my baby and wife waited uncomfortably. The hotel did nothing to help, aside from insisting that I pay the full cost for the new lock and key. They treated the situation casually, as if it was a routine inconvenience, and refused to offer even a small gesture of support or courtesy.This experience was not just unprofessional ’ it was inhumane, especially for a family traveling with a small child. I had already paid for the room, yet they wanted more money instead of helping a guest in need. The behavior of the staff was cold, indifferent, and completely unfit for the hospitality industry.To anyone considering a stay at Karishma Hotel: please be cautious. Basic service, support, and even simple human decency were missing in our experience. We felt abandoned and overcharged in a moment when we most needed help. As a family traveling with a baby, this treatment was not only disappointing ’ it was unacceptable.I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Basic service and decency are missing here. You deserve better.

Very near to Dadar station its at 4th floor rooms are small and they charge extra in cold drinks and water bottle more than MRP
