I have been at Bawa for the past two weeks and felt welcomed from the start. The staff have been amazing. Special thanks to Sanjit the doorman, who has gone out of his way many times to help me. His friendly and warm personality is a great asset to the hotel. Also, Oliver from the breakfast cafe is very kind and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. He is always willing to help.
