When i first checked in, i requested for a bell boy to assist with my luggage. The hotel does not have a bell boy. Later i requested for a trolley, which they said, they have but nobody provided.Eventually, we had to carry our luggage to the room.I booked a no-smoking room, however the whole room was stinking of smoke. the house keeping came and sprayed the room freshener.The flush in the toilet did not work properly, you have to apply full force to activate it, there was no hand towel in the room.
The towels were not good and fresh. Toilet was also not upto that mark. The AC vent in my room was open at the ceiling.Need to work on these things.
